Shahab Kazmi
Chief Executive Officer
Shahab Kazmi is the Chief Executive Officer at EVBOLT. He brings business and financial expertise to EVBOLT from prior leadership roles in a career that covers more than 17 years, including the position of CEO at Estelles Lighting, LED Industries, MAK Door Industries, Dezine Hospitality, and Aqua Mirrors. Shahab holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Masters in MBA from the University of Newport. He envisions a world where ecology, economics, and politics intermingle to create equitable solutions for all.
Abid Mahmud
Senior Vice President
Abid Mahmud is Senior Vice President at EVBOLT. As a retired Navy Captain, he has over 40 years of administrative, management, and implementation experience in the energy sector and has served in the past as Senior Project Manager, Chief Project Coordinator, & Project Director. One of his key projects is the 350 MW coal-based power plant at Port Qasim, Karachi which he completed as the Project Director. He is responsible for overseeing commercial projects, management, legal matters & lead arrangers’ analysis at EVBOLT. Abid holds a Bachelor’s & master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Syed Rizvi
Lead Engineer – Research & Development
Syed Rizvi is a lead engineer at EVBOLT. He brings his expertise to EVBOLT with a demonstrated track record of designing and executing innovative projects. Proficient in utilizing advanced software like SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and LabVIEW for precise modeling and control system development. Adept at hands-on work, from 3D printing complex components to assembling intricate mechanical systems. He is skilled in additive manufacturing techniques and materials science. Areeb holds an Associate of Science (ASES) & Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) – the University of Tyler Texas.
Adnan Javed
Advisory & Financial Services
Adnan Javed is an advisor on Financial Services at EVBOLT. He is responsible for adjusting portfolios as the goals and needs of the company keep on expanding. He is also responsible for budgeting, creating tax strategies, purchasing insurance products, and keeping track of key clients regularly to ensure that the portfolio is meeting financial goals. He also guides incentives available at the State and Federal levels. He has over 22 years of experience in academia and the financial industry both in the global South and North. Mr. Adnan holds a master’s in economics and an MS in Business Administration & Management from Texas A&M.
Hubert Jackson, Ph.D.
Director of Sustainability & Business Development
As the Director of Sustainability, Dr. Jackson oversees the strategic aspect of the EV industry and provides insights to the company regarding investments, partnerships, and innovations. He has worked with energy, trade, industry, and private sector development in the global South and has an intimate understanding of sustainability theory, policy, and practices. He holds a Master’s in sustainability sciences and a PhD in Strategic innovations from the UK.
Ali Haider
Strategic Business Development, Sales & Project Coordinator
Ali Haider is a Strategic Business Developer & Project Coordinator at EVBOLT. He is responsible for overseeing the research of EV Charging market trends to identify new opportunities, developing sales leads by identifying potential clients, developing mutually beneficial proposals, and Analyze & Manage EV Charging (US & Canada) Rebate/Incentive programs, & government infrastructure bids – both current and evolving. Ali holds an associate in computer sciences.
Muhammad Syed
Content & Art Director
Muhammad Syed is an Art & content director at EVBOLT. He is responsible for the Digital content creation & implementation of EVBOLT’s communication strategy. He brings 10 years of experience from Pakistan, Broadcast Graphics of SAMAA TV and GEO TV. He’s a Certified Pro Viz Artist/Broadcast Designer, Graphics illustrator, Adobe PS, Illustrator & After Effects. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Arts – from the University of Sindh.
Hasan Syed
Financial Controller & EV Portal Management
Hasan Syed is a Financial Controller & Sales Consultant at EVBOLT. He is responsible for overseeing the financials in EV Charging Revenue & Portal Management. He has 3 years of experience in analyzing company statements, implementing financial controls, tax aspects of EV business, Remittances & Non-Financial Risk Management. Hasan holds a bachelor’s in business management & master’s in professional accountancy from the University of Houston, downtown.
Aafia Rizvi
Marketing & Social Media Manager
Aafia Rizvi is a Social Media manager at EVBOLT. She is responsible for overseeing the Social Marketing & online presence of EVBOLT on multiple platforms. She brings 4 years of experience in Business Consultancy & social media operations. Aafia holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Pakistan.
